Q: How do I know XooxleAnswers is any good?

A: The absolute best way is to give us a try. If you’re not happy with the results for any reason, you get a full refund. However, you can also see the track record of XooxleAnswer’s key researcher, David Sarokin, during his work for Google Answers. Just click here.


Q: So why isn’t David Sarokin still doing the Google Answers thing?

A: Google Answers closed up shop in December 2006.


Q: Are there other researchers, besides David Sarokin, available?

A: Yes…sort of. As XooxleAnswers starts up operations, most of the research will be handled by David Sarokin. As the service expands, other researchers — mostly from the ranks of former Google Answers researchers — will be brought on board.

However, if you are familiar with a particular Google Answers researcher and would like to inquire about their services, drop us a line.


Q: How much do you charge?

A: Fair question, but it takes a bit of back and forth to arrive at an answer. When you send us your question, we suggest you also set a price for it that you think is fair. We will either accept the work at the price you offer, or send you a counter-offer. Usually, we’ll find a way to meet in the middle, especially with questions that intrigue us.

As a rule of thumb, though, our research generally costs anywhere from $25-$100 per hour, depending on the level of complexity and expertise involved, and the speed at which a response is needed.


Q: Is there a minimum or maximum fee for answering a question?

A: $50 minimum, no maximum, though research projects over $1,000 are rare.


Q: How is payment handled? Refunds? Guarantees?

A: Payment is ordinarily made via PayPal, but you do not need to fund a PayPal account to make a payment…an ordinary credit card will do nicely, thank you. Other payment options can be arranged, if you prefer.

Payment is in advance. However, all work at XooxleAnswers is fully guaranteed. If you are not satisified with an answer, we will gladly continue working on it. If it still doesn’t suit you for any reason, we will refund your fee in full.

For particularly large projects, special payment arrangements are possible.
